OmShiva, a Psytrance DJ based in Switzerland, is a veteran of the Goa scene from the early 90s, deeply immersed in the vibrant world of Psytrance.

From the pulsating heart of the early 90s Goa scene, OmShiva emerged as a DJ, riding the waves of hypnotic beats and entrancing melodies. As the scene evolved, OmShiva took the initiative to organize festivals, spreading the message of Goa culture in his region. This music wasn’t just a passion - it was the rhythm of his life. He played at various unforgettable Goa festivals and parties in the early scene of the 90s and early 2000s around Southern Germany and Switzerland. During this time, OmShiva was fortunate to be part of the emerging idea of BMSS.

Over time, family became a priority, leading him to take a pause from the turntables - a sabbatical that spanned approximately 20 years. However, he never truly left the scene, remaining an active participant on the dance floor, basking in the spirit and atmosphere of the parties.

Now, he has celebrated a successful comeback to the DJ booth. He is truly relishing his return and the opportunity to energize the dance floor once again. His soul is intertwined with the spirit of Psytrance, a genre that delivers an unparalleled surge of energy, a force that fuels his very being.
